Modena, September 12, 2025 – Beneath the clear skies above Lake Maggiore, Maserati turned an exclusive celebration of automotive artistry into a masterclass in Italian passion and performance. The second edition of the “TUTTO BENE Hillclimb” offered not a test of speed but a showcase of design, culture and the sheer pleasure of driving. It was here, on the winding private road to the summit of Mottarone, that the new Maserati GT2 Stradale stole the limelight.
From the start line on the enchanting shores of Lake Maggiore to the seven-kilometre Strada Borromea ascent, the Trident marque captivated the senses. Finished in a radiant Giallo Genio hue with a sophisticated black-and-grey cabin, the GT2 Stradale shimmered like a jewel against the alpine backdrop. The event’s ethos—captured in the claim “slow down to go fast”—celebrated motoring as an experience to be savoured rather than a race to be won. Around 80 cars, from Italian motoring icons to cult favourites, answered the call of “only cool cars allowed,” creating a moving exhibition of style and heritage.

As the Maserati GT2 Stradale climbed toward the summit, the unmistakable soundtrack of its 3.0-litre Nettuno V6 resonated through the hills, thrilling spectators with every rev. Derived directly from the Maserati GT2 that signalled the brand’s triumphant return to closed-wheel racing, the Stradale distils the ferocity of the track into a road-legal masterpiece.
With 640 hp (471 kW) on tap, the GT2 Stradale launches from 0–100 km/h in a blistering 2.7 seconds and exceeds 320 km/h, making it the most powerful road-going Maserati ever to feature a combustion engine. Sixty kilograms lighter than the MC20, it delivers both uncompromising performance and a level of refinement that speaks to Maserati’s signature blend of motorsport spirit and grand touring elegance.
By taking centre stage at the TUTTO BENE Hillclimb, Maserati reaffirmed its position at the intersection of tradition and innovation. The GT2 Stradale embodies the brand’s Made in Italy philosophy—an alchemy of craftsmanship, technology and emotional engagement. On Mottarone’s historic ascent, it proved that the soul of racing can be reimagined for the open road, offering a driving experience as unforgettable as the landscape itself.
