Volkswagen Group Africa’s Corporate and Government Affairs Director, Nonkqubela Maliza, emphasized the Trust’s ongoing commitment to addressing the pressing needs within communities. Maliza highlighted the daily influx of support requests from across the country, reinforcing the importance of their contributions. “The needs in the community are great,” Maliza remarked. “We believe we can make a significant difference in the communities we support.”

The Trust prioritises areas such as education, youth development, health, community wellbeing, and the environment. Beneficiaries and Their Impact
Missionvale Care Centre
The Missionvale Care Centre, dedicated to uplifting the Missionvale community, is one of the primary beneficiaries. This NPO focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty by developing youth. Their initiatives are aimed at providing essential support and opportunities for personal growth, thereby contributing to long-term community improvement.
Lincoln Mali Leadership Foundation
The Lincoln Mali Leadership Foundation is another key recipient. This organisation is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders through sports development, leadership training, and youth development programs. Their feeding schemes in informal settlements also play a crucial role in supporting disadvantaged youth, enhancing their prospects for the future.
Uviwe Child and Youth Services
