Traditional home EV charging reimbursement has often relied on estimates or trust, leaving businesses exposed to ‘grey’ charging costs when personal vehicles are inadvertently charged on company accounts. The Humax MX7 addresses this with advanced vehicle identification using ISO 15118-compliant PLC technology. The charger instantly recognises a vehicle’s unique ID, and if the car isn’t registered for business use, the Rightcharge platform can automatically ring-fence the cost or block the transaction.
