The new BMW M4 CS emerges as a thrilling blend of racetrack agility and everyday driving sophistication. Set to commence production in July 2024 at the BMW Group Plant Dingolfing, this model bridges the gap between the BMW M4 Competition Coupé with M xDrive and the limited-run BMW M4 CSL.
Sporting a formidable 550 hp from its six-cylinder in-line engine, the M4 CS is fine-tuned for both the road and the racetrack. Enhancements include model-specific chassis adjustments and a reduction in weight, thanks in part to extensive use of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP). This meticulous engineering results in a sleek, powerful coupe that accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds, and further impresses with a top speed of 188 mph, electronically limited.

Aesthetically, the M4 CS doesn’t shy away from making a statement. It offers two new captivating paint options, Riviera Blue and Frozen Isle of Man Green, and features exclusive design elements such as a frameless BMW kidney grille adorned with “M4 CS” badging. The vehicle’s dynamic appearance is further enhanced by innovative laserlight technology in the headlights and a striking rear light design.
Inside, the M4 CS marries functionality with luxury. The cockpit is equipped with M Carbon bucket seats and features a curved display that supports the latest BMW iDrive system, now running on BMW Operating System 8.5. This setup offers intuitive control over the vehicle’s numerous functions and ensures that all information is easily accessible to the driver.
With a starting price of £117,100 RRP, the first deliveries of the BMW M4 CS are expected in the UK by Autumn 2024. The BMW M4 CS not only promises exceptional performance but also introduces advanced technological integrations and bespoke features that set new standards for high-performance sports cars.
