Milton Keynes, 8 May 2025 — In a landmark move that reinforces its dedication to women’s sport, Škoda UK has been confirmed as the Official Back of Shirt Partner for Chelsea Women, extending a powerful partnership into a third season. The Škoda logo will debut on the back of Chelsea Women’s shirts during the final game of the 2024/25 season and will remain in place throughout the 2025/26 campaign and beyond.
The announcement comes at a time of celebration, as Chelsea Women secure a record-breaking sixth consecutive FA Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) title. The Škoda branding will be proudly displayed as the team lifts the trophy this Saturday, 10 May, at Stamford Bridge — and again when they head to Wembley for the FA Cup Final on 18 May, aiming for a remarkable domestic treble.
A Partnership Built on Shared Values
Škoda UK first joined forces with Chelsea Women in January 2024 as the Official Automotive Partner. The latest evolution of this relationship reflects more than just a sponsorship — it’s a statement of shared ambition, excellence, and innovation.
Giulia Mazzia, Commercial Director for Chelsea FC Women, expressed her enthusiasm:
“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Škoda UK, a brand that has valued and championed women’s sports for years. To welcome them as our first Official Back of Shirt Partner illustrates our collective ambition to innovate and establish new ways to bring partners into the fabric of how we support the business function of the club.”
Driving Progress On and Off the Pitch
As part of the renewed partnership, Škoda will provide access to its award-winning all-electric Enyaq and the Kodiaq iV plug-in hybrid models for players and staff across both the Women’s First Team and the Women’s Academy — reinforcing the brand’s role as a practical and sustainable supporter of women’s football.
Škoda’s presence will also extend to matchdays, with branding visible on stadium signage and advertising at both Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow. In a symbolic nod to shared journeys, a Škoda model will lead the team bus into Stamford Bridge, representing the unity and forward momentum of both organisations.
Kirsten Stagg, Head of Marketing at Škoda UK, commented:
“It’s a privilege to partner with an organisation that shares our ambition to deliver best-in-class results in everything they do. Chelsea Women exemplify many of the core values we hold at Škoda, and we’re excited to continue championing the team while supporting the growth of the sport.”

Content, Community and Connection
Škoda will also continue its title sponsorship of the popular We Are Chelsea podcast, providing fans with behind-the-scenes insights, interviews, and storytelling that goes beyond the 90 minutes. The partnership will expand across digital channels, offering exclusive player-focused content to engage fans globally.
To deepen this connection, Škoda has signed five Chelsea Women players as brand ambassadors: Niamh Charles, Aggie Beever-Jones, Ashley Lawrence, Zećira Mušović, and Mayra Ramírez. These athletes will play a central role in community initiatives, digital campaigns, and Škoda staff events — reinforcing the authenticity and mutual respect behind the partnership.
A Legacy of Supporting Women’s Sport
Škoda’s ongoing investment in women’s sport is not new. With a proud history of supporting professional female cycling — including the Tour de France Femmes and its former Cycling Academy — the brand continues to lead by example in championing female athletes and platforms.
Now, with its bold commitment to Chelsea Women, Škoda UK is helping to set a new standard for how brands can partner meaningfully with women’s sport — both in visibility and in impact.
