MG Motor UK is excited to announce that its eagerly awaited electric roadster, the Cyberster, is now open for pre-orders, with the first deliveries to customers in the UK scheduled for August of this year.
The Cyberster comes in two models: the single-motor Trophy, starting at £54,995 OTR, and the more powerful dual-motor GT, priced at £59,995. Both models come with MG’s robust 7-year, 80,000-mile warranty, ensuring peace of mind for new owners.
Designed by Carl Gotham and his team at MG London, the Cyberster features dramatic scissor doors and a quick-operating electric fabric roof that can be adjusted in just 15 seconds while traveling up to 30mph. The rear-wheel-drive Trophy model boasts an impressive 340PS (250kW) and 350 lb-ft (475 Nm) of torque, achieving 0-62mph in just 5.0 seconds.
The GT model, MG’s flagship, marks a milestone as the most powerful production model in MG’s century-long history. With 503PS (375kW) and 725Nm (535 lb ft) of torque, this all-wheel-drive beast accelerates from 0-62mph in a mere 3.2 seconds.
Both variants are equipped with four driving modes—Comfort, Custom, Sport, and Track—allowing drivers to tailor the car’s performance from smooth long-distance touring to aggressive, track-focused driving.
The interior of the Cyberster redefines luxury in electric grand tourers. It features six-way electrically adjustable heated seats, a heated steering wheel with four-way adjustability, and twin paddle shifters for kinetic regeneration, offering both comfort and a dynamic driving experience.
Additional features include a wind deflector for enjoyable roof-down drives, a 77kWh battery offering up to 316 miles of range for the Trophy and 276 miles for the GT, and rapid DC charging capabilities.

Following an 18-month performance development program in the UK, the Cyberster is perfected for both city driving and open-road adventures, complete with Brembo brakes and advanced driver assistance features through MG Pilot.
