Modena, May 22, 2024 – Luca Parasacco has been appointed as the new Head of Maserati Europe, effective from Monday, May 20. This appointment is part of a series of strategic positions within Maserati Commercial, designed to fully align with the brand’s objectives and to enhance the team under the leadership of global Chief Commercial Officer Luca Delfino, who assumed his role in January 2024.
Luca Parasacco has been a valuable member of the group since 1997. In his previous role as Head of Global DISTRIGO, he managed the extensive distribution network responsible for supplying original spare parts to 11 brands within the multinational holding company.
An expert in network management, Parasacco has recently served as Head of Owned Dealers, overseeing the results and development of Motorvillage – FCA’s retail organization – and as Commercial Director of the Mopar Business Centres, which handles all Stellantis original spare parts and accessories. He has focused on coordinating overall after-sales activities, with particular emphasis on commercial profitability, developing new business areas, and implementing processes to enhance customer loyalty.
Parasacco’s experience extends beyond Italy, with significant roles in Spain and Portugal, where he was involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Throughout his career, he has held various positions within the European region, including Development Manager and Dealership Sales Manager, where he was instrumental in planning the distribution network development strategy for all FCA (now Stellantis) brands and improving dealer performance. He also played a key role in the convergence plans between the group’s brands and the design of new network plans.

From the beginning of his career until the early 2000s, Parasacco delved into the fundamental aspects of the automotive market, making strategic contributions to sales force development, after-sales processes, and customer service implementation.
Maserati’s Leadership Team is bolstered by Parasacco’s significant and extensive professional background in Network Development, coupled with his profound understanding of the sales and after-sales network’s mechanisms. He is poised to be a crucial strategic asset for the future challenges facing the Trident brand.
