BMW Group UK has recently unveiled significant shifts within its Senior Leadership Team. Effective from June 1, Michelle Roberts will leave her role as BMW Marketing Director to assume responsibilities as the Managing Director of Park Lane, the company’s prestigious retail operation. Having dedicated over two decades to various senior roles at BMW, both in the UK and Germany, Michelle is well-prepared to steer Park Lane toward new horizons.

Succeeding Michelle, Colette Healy will take over as the new BMW Marketing Director. Colette, who currently leads the Strategy team at BMW Group UK, has a robust background in marketing and strategy. She rejoined the National Sales Company at Farnborough from Rolls-Royce in 2019, initially to head Marketing and Product Management for the MINI brand before transitioning to her strategic role in 2023.
David George, CEO of BMW Group UK, expressed his gratitude and optimism regarding these appointments. He praised Michelle for her six years of exceptional leadership in marketing, which coincided with a transformative period in the industry. He also commended Colette for her significant contributions to the strategic direction of the company and welcomed her to her new role, emphasizing its importance to the business’s continued success.
