LDV South Africa has recently announced the introduction of their T60 double cab pick-up series, now available for purchase in South Africa. With a starting price of R480,000, this range includes ten distinct models, featuring various configurations of transmissions and drivetrains.

The T60 series offers both manual and automatic transmissions, with the 4×4 drivetrain being optional on the Elite and Pro versions and standard on the MAX models. These vehicles are not only equipped with robust safety features like airbags, disc brakes, and Electronic Stability Control (ESC), but also boast modern comforts such as cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, and air conditioning.

T60 Elite: Accessible Luxury and Power

The entry-level T60 Elite is available in both 2WD and 4WD options, with a powerful Euro IV compliant turbo-diesel engine delivering 120 kW and 375 Nm of torque. The cabin features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, offering seamless phone connectivity and a reverse camera view.

T60 Pro: Enhanced Features and Design

Upgrading to the T60 Pro provides exclusive 4×4 capability, larger 18-inch alloy wheels, and advanced safety technologies including a driver fatigue monitoring system and lane departure warning. The interior is enhanced with vegan leather upholstery and a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen.

T60 MAX: Ultimate Performance and Luxury

At the top of the range, the T60 MAX models, including the PRO and LUXE versions, feature a powerful dual-turbo diesel engine producing 160 kW and 500 Nm of torque. These models are equipped with a high-end safety and comfort package, including LED lights, sports bars, and luxury interior features like heated seats and a 360-degree camera.

All models come with a full 5-year service plan and warranty, affirming LDV’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
