Kumho Tire recently hosted an exhilarating Driving Experience Event at the Vairano Circuit near Milan, Italy. Held on Sunday, 21st April, the event offered European customers a firsthand look at the impressive performance of the Seoul-based tire manufacturer’s products.
The gathering saw participation from key Kumho executives, including President & CEO Jung Il-taik, Head of Sales Division Lim Seung-bin, Head of European Sales Division Tony Gangseung Lee, Head of R&D Division Cho Man-sik, and Vice President of Global Marketing John Janghyuk Yoon.
This event served as a platform for fostering better communication and collaboration between Kumho Tire and its European clientele. Over the past five years, Kumho has achieved remarkable growth in the European market, with an average annual sales increase exceeding 20%. Notably, the company reported a substantial 44% growth last year, buoyed by its tailored research and development strategies for Europe. The company’s products recently earned high marks in tire performance tests from prestigious German auto magazines ADAC Motorwelt and Auto Bild, confirming their top-tier technological standards.

Moreover, Kumho Tire enhanced the experience by inviting business partners and consumers to a high-profile match between AC Milan and Inter Milan at the San Siro Stadium. This event, linked to their premium partnership with AC Milan, provided an enjoyable day of entertainment for Kumho’s special sponsors.
