Budapest, 6 August 2025 — KAMManufaktur has officially expanded its revered 912 lineup with the introduction of the KAMM 912T, a bespoke touring model designed for those who value the journey as much as the destination. Building on the success of the purist 912C, the 912T adds a refined, comfort-oriented dimension while preserving the brand’s philosophy of analogue driving purity, timeless aesthetics, and ultra-lightweight engineering.
Developed in response to global demand for a more touring-friendly KAMM experience, the 912T delivers a compelling blend of classic motoring charm and contemporary usability. With global deliveries of the 912C well underway, the arrival of the 912T marks a sophisticated evolution of the platform — crafted for grand touring enthusiasts who crave style, comfort, and soul.
“The 912 is a timeless classic and in the 912T we have re-imagined it as a sports tourer that delivers elevated comfort without diluting the pure joy of driving,” says Miklós (Miki) Kázmér, founder and CEO of KAMManufaktur.
Touring, the KAMM Way
At its heart, the 912T remains true to the lightweight ethos that defines KAMM. Weighing just 860kg — a remarkable 100kg lighter than the original Porsche 912 — the 912T integrates a host of comfort and refinement features with minimal compromise. This weight savings is largely thanks to the extensive use of carbon fibre, with components such as the wings, bumpers, bonnet, and boot lid all made in-house. Unlike the 912C, the 912T opts for metal doors and full glass windows, adding a level of acoustic insulation and tactile substance ideal for long-distance travel.
Re-Engineered Power with Touring in Mind
The 912T is powered by a reworked version of the iconic ‘616’ four-cylinder air-cooled engine, extensively developed by former engineers from Porsche Motorsport, Singer, and Koenigsegg. The powerplant now produces 163hp and 201Nm of torque, delivered smoothly through a recalibrated gearbox with touring-specific gearing patterns. The redline is lowered to 6,500rpm, emphasising effortless cruising without losing the thrill when provoked.
Complementing the refined powertrain is a bespoke non-valved touring exhaust system, engineered to provide a more subdued acoustic profile while retaining character. The result is a dynamic experience that adapts to both spirited drives and relaxed journeys.
Ride Comfort Elevated
Engineered for all-day comfort without sacrificing precision, the one-way Tractive suspension system is custom-tuned to ensure an exceptionally compliant ride. This allows the 912T to glide over varied road surfaces while still maintaining the handling sharpness for which KAMM is renowned. Braking is handled by billet Brembo four-piston calipers paired with vented discs on all four corners, ensuring confidence-inspiring stopping power in all conditions.
A Handcrafted Interior with a Focus on Usability
Inside, the KAMM 912T presents a tactile blend of hand-stitched luxury and purposeful minimalism. The seats, created in collaboration with Italian specialist Fusina, are designed specifically for the 912T, offering increased comfort over longer distances. Smiths instruments, custom-built for KAMM by Caerbont Automotive, anchor the dashboard with period-correct charm, while optional features such as a discreet Bluetooth-enabled audio system and wireless phone charging provide subtle touches of modern convenience.
Steering duties are handled via a Fusina Racing wheel, and owners can further personalise their vehicle with a choice of 15-inch Fuchs-style alloys or steel-look wheels that echo the understated elegance of classic touring icons.

Exclusivity and Availability
Production of the 912T will commence in early 2026, with build slots offered in strictly limited batches of five units. Prices begin at €245,000, excluding the donor car, and a €10,000 deposit secures a build slot.
This handcrafted tourer joins the 912C in demonstrating KAMM’s masterful approach to performance, craftsmanship and authenticity. Where the 912C is a stripped-down purist’s weapon, the 912T is a modern-day grand tourer that invites you to take the long way home — in comfort, style, and with every ounce of driving joy preserved.
“In the 912T we have crafted a timeless sports tourer that exudes style and sophistication, without compromising the purity of the drive,” concludes Kázmér.
