Jetour South Africa has achieved a remarkable milestone just one year after entering the local market, securing Gold Status in the 2025 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey. Now in its 29th year, the NADA DSI survey is one of the most respected barometers of dealer satisfaction in the South African automotive industry. Drawing on over 1 500 responses from dealerships across the country, representing more than 85% of the national dealer network, the survey provides a clear reflection of how well manufacturers support their retailers across key performance areas.
The 2025 edition assessed brands on three core criteria:
- Dealer Friendly (20%)
- Investor Friendly (40%)
- Customer Friendly (40%)

Despite being the newest entrant among the brands listed in the Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Segment, Jetour not only met expectations—it exceeded them. The brand claimed the top spot in four key categories, including an outstanding 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS), a definitive indicator that every participating Jetour dealer would recommend the brand to others. Additionally, Jetour was ranked among the top five in eight out of the 15 categories, showcasing a broad base of dealer satisfaction and trust.
