18 August 2025 – Farizon has expanded its all-electric SV large-van lineup with two versatile new variants: a spacious seven-seat taxi and a multi-passenger Combi. Revealed at the recent Hong Kong Auto Expo, these additions underscore the adaptability of Farizon’s GXA-M platform, designed to meet the diverse needs of passenger and fleet operators.
SV Taxi: Comfort, Space, and Effortless Access
The first SV taxi order comes from Big Bee Taxi, a leading Hong Kong operator, which has committed to 1,000 units. Tailored for city transport, the seven-seat SV taxi focuses on passenger comfort and generous luggage capacity.
Entry and exit are seamless thanks to a power sliding side-door offering a 900mm opening, a hidden B-pillar, and a low 408mm cabin step. Rear double doors provide a 1780mm wide loading aperture, opening onto 630 litres of luggage space – enough to accommodate six large 20-inch suitcases with ease.
Inside, three rows of seating comfortably accommodate seven passengers. The cabin height of 1340mm and a wide central aisle in the second row ensure quick and effortless access to the third row. Practical touches enhance passenger convenience, with integrated cupholders, a multifunction storage box, and USB Type-C charging ports in every row.

SV Combi: Flexibility for Passengers and Cargo
For operators requiring both passenger transport and cargo capacity, Farizon introduces the SV Combi. Configurable with five or six seats, the Combi combines a low 520mm platform height with the SV’s hidden B-pillar design for a more user-friendly boarding experience.
Cargo space is substantial: L1 variants (5 metres long) offer 3.8 m³ of storage, while L2 variants (5.5 metres) provide 5 m³ – ideal for transporting large items alongside passengers.
GXA-M Platform: Innovation at the Core
Both new variants leverage the advanced GXA-M platform, featuring Farizon’s innovative Cell-to-Pack (CTP-S) battery technology. By connecting individual battery cells directly to the battery pack, Farizon achieves a 20% improvement in body rigidity compared to conventional module-based systems.
The SV taxi delivers a range of up to 370km, while the Combi reaches 319km. Both benefit from rapid charging, with a 20%-80% top-up achievable in just 30 minutes, enhancing operational efficiency for commercial operators.
Global Potential
Currently, the SV taxi and Combi are available exclusively in China, but Farizon continues to evaluate opportunities for these variants in global markets as the company expands its SV panel van portfolio worldwide.
With passenger-centric design, adaptable configurations, and cutting-edge battery technology, the Farizon SV’s latest models demonstrate the growing potential of electric mobility in commercial transport.
