CarGurus, the UK’s premier automotive marketplace for buying and selling used vehicles, has unveiled its latest list of top 15 used cars under £15,000. These models have seen significant price declines over the past year, offering savvy shoppers excellent savings across various body types.
Leading the pack is the Nissan Leaf (EV), boasting a substantial 27.8% drop in average listing price to £12,145, presenting potential savings of £4,675 compared to last year. This marks the Nissan Leaf as an exceptional value for eco-conscious buyers.
Following closely is the Renault Kadjar, with prices down by 26.6% to £10,960, translating to savings of £3,976. The Ford Mondeo rounds out the top three, seeing a 25.9% decrease to £10,451, saving buyers £3,646.
The list features a diverse range of body styles: nine SUVs, four hatchbacks, and two saloons. Alongside the Nissan Leaf, other electric options include the Vauxhall Mokka and Hyundai IONIQ, all available within the £15,000 budget.
