LONDON, 29 JANUARY 2026 – Collecting Cars has unveiled its largest-ever Sealed Bids drop, bringing together an extraordinary collection of hypercars, racing icons, and purebred Italian road machines. Leading the offering is a 2016 Koenigsegg Agera RS, accompanied by a one-of-two 1992 Audi S4 GTO in full Rothmans livery, a Ferrari Classiche-certified 1972 Dino 246 GT, a 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO, a rare 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport, and an early Lamborghini Diablo finished in striking white over red.
Spanning decades and continents, these vehicles offer collectors a unique opportunity to acquire machines that define automotive history. This Sealed Bids drop marks the largest single-month selection since the format’s Q3 2025 launch and follows a record-breaking year for Collecting Cars, which achieved over $320 million (€275 million) in sales in 2025 – a 12% increase year-on-year. Sister brand Watch Collecting also enjoyed a landmark year, selling over 6,000 watches valued at more than $130 million (€115 million).
Ahead of the bidding window, several of these cars will be on display at Rétromobile 2026, giving enthusiasts a chance to see them in person. Among them, the 2016 Koenigsegg Agera RS stands out as a hypercar icon. One of only 25 examples built, it features a 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 producing 1,160hp, Snow White paint with exposed carbon-fibre details, and the rare balance of extreme performance with everyday usability.
Joining it is the 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport, limited to just 77 examples worldwide. This track-focused machine boasts a bespoke 4.2-litre flat-six, full carbon-fibre bodywork, and 935-inspired aerodynamics, remaining in delivery-mileage condition. Completing the trio is the early Lamborghini Diablo, a 1990s supercar legend with dramatic styling, a 5.7-litre V12, rear-wheel drive, and a rare Bianco Impact over Rosso leather finish.
Edward Lovett, Founder and CEO of Collecting Cars, said: “Sealed Bids brings together the very best of what Collecting Cars has to offer. From hypercars to pure-breed racers and certified classics, there’s something here for every collector, anywhere in the world. This edition celebrates performance, design, and history – a chance to own vehicles that define their eras. Sealed Bids has established itself as a trusted way to sell exceptional cars globally, offering collectors a private and secure route to acquire some of the rarest vehicles on the market.”
Additional highlights include the 1992 Audi S4 GTO, one of only two factory-built for South Africa’s WesBank Modified Championship. Driven by Hans-Joachim Stuck to victory and later contributing to Chris Aberdein’s manufacturer title for Audi, the car features a turbocharged five-cylinder IMSA GTO engine producing 720bhp, Quattro all-wheel drive, and is presented in its iconic Rothmans livery.
Collectors can also bid on two standout Ferraris. The 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GT, a Ferrari Classiche-certified classic, retains its original 2.4-litre V6 engine and complete book pack, while the 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO, developed from the 599XX track car, delivers 670PS through a six-speed paddle-shift gearbox and features Grigio Silverstone paint with Nero interior and carbon-fibre trim.
The Sealed Bids auction opens on 29 January 2026 for seven days, closing on 5 February 2026. More details and the full car selection are available at collectingcars.com/sealed-bids. Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting will also be exhibiting across two stands at Rétromobile until 1 February 2026.
This latest Sealed Bids release cements Collecting Cars’ mission to connect collectors worldwide with rare and exceptional vehicles through a secure and private platform, delivering access to the most coveted cars on the market.
