Two years after the unveiling of the first prototype, Bizzarrini has completed the 24th and final Bizzarrini 5300 GT Corsa Revival, finished in a bespoke green shade called Bizzarrini Verde Bosco Ventiquattro (VBV). This marks a significant milestone as it wraps up production of the limited-edition series, which meticulously mirrors the 1965 Le Mans class-winning original.
Every aspect of the Corsa Revival series, including its color schemes, reflects Bizzarrini’s storied heritage. For instance, an original car owned by an American collector inspired the unique green hue of the final model. Similarly, the Bizzarrini Rosso Corsa used in other models in the series was recreated from an original panel kept away from light, ensuring an authentic replication of the historic color.
Crafted with a light composite body over a steel frame, each car in the series boasts modern specifications that ensure performance comparable to today’s supercars. These include a mid-mounted V8 engine producing over 400 horsepower, advanced suspension, and comprehensive safety features like a six-point roll cage and a safety fuel cell.
As Bizzarrini prepares to launch the new Giotto hypercar, designed in partnership with the renowned Giorgetto Giugiaro and his son at GFG Style, the completion of the Corsa Revival series represents a proud moment.
