Diversified technology company 3M was on hand at the annual Revive! conference and awards at the Stratford Manor Hotel to share the latest approved training aids and product innovations in cosmetic repair with the SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) repairer network.
Emma Marsland of 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division explains: “The Revive! conference is an opportunity for SMART repairers to come together and recognise outstanding performance achievements within the network over the past 12 months. It is also an ideal environment to share best practice hints and tips.
“We were there to share a full portfolio of new Revive!-approved technical training aids and process boards with the network and gave a practical demonstration of recently introduced products including our Soft Edge Foam Masking Tape Plus and Smooth Transition Tape, as well as self-generating extracted sanders for dry primer sanding. These tools and demonstrations all focused on preparing the network for their aspirations in achieving ATAs (Automotive Technician Accreditation) in Cosmetic Repair.”
