Guests get early preview of new Bentleys including the Continental V8

State-of-the-art showroom unveiled
(Cambridge and Crewe. 23 January, 2012). Over 200 guests helped to celebrate the arrival of Bentley in Cambridge in style recently. The new dealership, located on Milton Road and owned by one of the region’s leading automotive retailers Vindis Group, welcomed senior executives from Bentley’s headquarters and motoring enthusiasts from across the region.
Stephen Millward, Bentley Cambridge’s General Manager, and his team marked the occasion by previewing the new Bentley Continental 6.0 Litre GTC – one of the first showings of the 195mph luxury convertible in the UK – and also gave their guests a very early glimpse of one of the stars of the recent Detroit Show – Bentley’s new 4.0 litre V8 Continental models. And adding a typically Bentley bespoke touch to the night, Jonathan Punter from the company’s Styling Department team, produced a series of beautiful sketches for guests.
The new showroom can house a maximum of 10 new and Pre-Owned Bentleys, and the state-of –the-art workshop has a total of 3 ramps. One of the most notable design features is the new mezzanine floor which has been specially designed to provide customers with a panoramic view of the whole showroom, and has a plasma screen, seating area, hospitality unit and commissioning table where customers can select their veneers and leather hides.
