Mladá Boleslav/Paris, 2 October 2014 – Emotive appearance for ŠKODA in Paris: The new ŠKODA Fabia celebrated its world premiere at the Volkswagen Group Night on the eve of the Paris Motor Show 2014. The car is presented on the automotive catwalk as a young, sporty small car with balanced proportions, crystalline forms and sharp lines. The new ŠKODA Fabia is the first ŠKODA ever to feature MirrorLink™ and SmartGate technology, connecting the smartphone to the vehicle.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors at ŠKODA AUTO, Prof. Dr. Winfried Vahland said at the ŠKODA Fabia’s unveiling, “ŠKODA has made a great name for itself with high functionality and lots of room. Now, the time has come to combine our vehicles’ functionality with an expressive, emotive design. We are once again setting standards in the small car segment with the third generation Fabia.
