Hudson, a native of Ridgeway, South Carolina, brings his distinctive blend of elegance and empowerment to Volvo Cars’ minimalist Scandinavian ethos. Meanwhile, Volvo’s flagship EX90 SUV is assembled just an hour away, at the company’s Ridgeville plant outside Charleston. Together, they have crafted a collection that translates automotive design into wearable art—luxury tailored for movement.

To immerse himself in the Volvo design language, Hudson spent time at the company’s Charleston Plant, observing the EX90’s production process and the meticulous care that defines every stitch, seam, and surface.
“Visiting the Charleston Plant, I was struck by the intentionality behind every design choice,” Hudson reflects. “I witnessed an attention to detail I apply during my own design process. The EX90 is warm, sophisticated and mindfully crafted. I wanted to capture that same feeling of elevated comfort and conscious luxury in pieces that make you feel elegant and confident.”
