Volkswagen is dialling up the desirability of its best-selling compact SUV with the launch of two eye-catching new special editions: the T-Roc Style Design and T-Roc Black Edition Plus. These new trims bring enhanced specification and standout styling to the line-up, replacing the outgoing T-Roc Style, R-Line and Black Edition models.
Available to order from Thursday, 22 May, the new editions have been carefully curated to offer exceptional value for money, combining sought-after premium features with distinctive design upgrades—without the premium price tag.
Elevated Design, Exceptional Value
Both new models share a raft of enhancements over their predecessors. As standard, they come equipped with:
- Striking 19-inch Misano black alloy wheels
- Electric tailgate for added convenience
- Rear-view camera and keyless access
- Panoramic sunroof
- Metallic paint finish, paired with a contrasting black roof
The T-Roc Style Design adds even more flair, featuring a unique Design Pack with gloss black door mirrors that complement the roof and wheels. It also gains IQ.Light matrix LED headlights, which intelligently adjust to oncoming traffic and changing road conditions—boosting both safety and style after dark.
Outstanding Value for Upgrades
Volkswagen has sharpened its pricing strategy for these models to ensure buyers benefit from excellent value. The Black Edition Plus, which includes upgrades worth £3,225 if specified individually, retains the previous Black Edition’s price point at £36,515 (OTR including VAT).
Meanwhile, the Style Design, which boasts additional features amounting to £5,520 in standalone options, is priced at just £33,205—only £1,000 more than the outgoing Style trim.
New Line-Up Positioning
With the T-Roc R-Line discontinued, the two new special editions now take centre stage in the range, slotting neatly between the practical T-Roc Life (£29,315) and Match (£29,490), and the performance-oriented T-Roc R and R Black Edition (£45,390 and £46,640 respectively, all OTR RRP incl. VAT).
These latest additions underline Volkswagen’s ongoing commitment to delivering more design appeal and technology to its SUV customers—without compromising on value.
