Phoenix, Arizona – 2 July 2025 – Urban Automotive, the UK’s powerhouse in luxury vehicle modification, has officially expanded its global footprint with the launch of a dedicated North and South America division. Marking a new chapter in the brand’s growth story, the move sees Urban establish its own warehouse and operations centre in Phoenix, Arizona—ushering in faster part delivery, elevated customer experiences, and a stronger presence across the Americas.
This expansion is more than a logistical upgrade—it’s a strategic evolution. Backed by parent company The AM Group, Urban’s bold leap into the Western Hemisphere is built on a joint venture with U.S. entrepreneur Daniel Weber. The partnership will allow Urban to bring its distinctively British design philosophy and OEM+ styling approach to a broader American audience, with a laser focus on craftsmanship, speed, and service.
“For us, this is not just about setting up shop—it’s about setting a new standard,” said Luis Carrera, Director at Urban Automotive. “We’re not here to make noise; we’re here to get things done. The new warehouse means stock on the ground, reduced lead times, and a much closer connection to our clients across North and South America.”

Urban has already cultivated a strong following in the U.S., particularly among high-profile clients who gravitate toward its unapologetically refined and custom-tailored vehicle enhancements. Until now, Urban’s stateside supply chain was powered through a successful partnership with Milltek Corp, the American arm of fellow British performance brand Milltek, operating out of Tennessee. The conclusion of this partnership marks the beginning of a more autonomous and ambitious approach for Urban.
“There is nothing like Urban in the U.S. market,” said joint venture partner Daniel Weber. “We’re not replicating what others do—we’re bringing something entirely new: a fusion of European precision and American boldness. My team is ready, and America’s ready.”
The Phoenix facility will not only serve as a distribution hub for both North and South America but also a base of operations for sales, marketing, and future development. With Urban’s renowned attention to detail now paired with local infrastructure, customers can expect a streamlined service experience befitting the brand’s luxury status.
Patrick Meijer, Group CEO of The AM Group, reflected on the milestone: “Urban has grown from a niche disruptor to a benchmark brand. With this new joint venture and a dedicated regional facility, we are building the foundations for long-term growth. This is about more than business—it’s about building community, culture, and something truly global.”
As Urban Automotive shifts gears for its next phase, one thing is clear: the road ahead is bold, ambitious, and unmistakably Urban. With European craftsmanship now closer to home for clients across the Atlantic, the stage is set for a new era in luxury automotive design.
