Audi continues to redefine electric performance with the introduction of the enhanced e-tron GT family, featuring the Audi S e-tron GT, Audi RS e-tron GT, and the groundbreaking Audi RS e-tron GT performance. Since its debut in 2021, the e-tron GT quattro has served as Audi’s flagship electric and sporty model, combining striking design with robust electric propulsion and dynamic handling. Now, these new variants elevate the bar with significant advancements in range, performance, charging capabilities, and driving dynamics.
“With the e-tron GT models, we are setting new benchmarks in performance,” says Gernot Döllner, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG. “The enhanced charging power and electric all-wheel drive ensure improved long-distance capability and significantly enhanced performance. The newly developed chassis provides an unparalleled balance between driving comfort, ride quality, and dynamic performance.”
Each variant in the e-tron GT series boasts a progressive design coupled with innovative technology, embodying a distinct character. The Audi S e-tron GT, for instance, exudes elegant sportiness with its seamlessly integrated, inverted Singleframe grille and pronounced aerodynamic enhancements. Meanwhile, the Audi RS e-tron GT introduces a more aggressive design language, featuring a 3D honeycomb Singleframe grille and sporty L-shaped blades, emphasizing its performance pedigree.
The pinnacle of Audi’s electric performance lineup, the Audi RS e-tron GT performance, marks Audi’s first fully electric RS performance model. It sets itself apart with a matte carbon roof and optional carbon camouflage elements, available exclusively on the Carbon Black and Carbon Vorsprung trims. These unique design elements extend to the embossed bumper structures, door trim, parts of the diffuser, and side mirrors, underscoring its high-performance credentials.
Externally, Audi’s new corporate identity (CI) is evident, with the iconic four rings now presented in a premium two-dimensional design. The exterior palette offers nine distinct colors, including exclusive options like Nimbus Grey and Bedford Green, tailored specifically for the RS e-tron GT performance model. The Black Optics package enhances the sporty aesthetic with darkened elements, further complementing each model’s dynamic profile.
Inside, the e-tron GT family blends sporty elements with sustainable materials. The cabin reflects Audi’s new CI, featuring redesigned seats, steering wheels, entry sills, and digital interfaces. Sustainable materials like Dinamica and Cascade fabric are prominent, offering a luxurious feel while promoting environmental responsibility. The RS models also offer enhanced customization options, such as Serpentine Green stitching and matte carbon camouflage trim, aligning with their exclusive exterior finishes.

Underpinning these advancements is Audi’s commitment to performance and efficiency. The e-tron GT models utilize permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PSM) on both front and rear axles, delivering up to 680 kW (925 PS) in the RS e-tron GT performance model—the most powerful production car ever built by Audi. Acceleration figures are equally impressive, with the RS e-tron GT performance sprinting from 0-62mph in just 2.5 seconds.
Enhanced driving dynamics are supported by Audi’s newly developed air suspension and active suspension systems, optimizing comfort and handling. The Audi drive select system offers multiple driving modes, including RS-specific configurations for precise control and performance optimization on various driving surfaces.
Technological innovations extend to the battery and charging systems, with a lighter, higher-density HV battery offering a range of up to 375 miles. Audi has increased the maximum charging power to 320 kW, allowing for rapid recharging times—up to 174 miles in just 10 minutes—under optimal conditions. The Audi virtual cockpit provides real-time updates on battery status and charging forecasts, enhancing the overall driving experience.
With these advancements, Audi redefines electric performance with the e-tron GT family, setting new standards in luxury, sustainability, and driving pleasure. Whether it’s the elegance of the S e-tron GT or the exhilarating performance of the RS e-tron GT performance, Audi continues to innovate and lead in the electric vehicle market.
