Through predictive systems, data-driven insights, and support from Japan, UDTSA has achieved a 96% parts availability rate—the highest in a decade. This ensures vehicles spend minimal time in workshops, maximizing productivity. Complementing these initiatives are the UD Connected Services, which use telematics to monitor driver behavior and vehicle health, enhancing operational efficiency.
Sanjay Naipal, Aftermarket Director at UDTSA, highlighted the value of these offerings:
“Unexpected breakdowns are a fleet owner’s greatest challenge. Our uptime solutions provide peace of mind, reducing downtime and enhancing workshop efficiency.”
