Where the Trident meets timeless design, a new chapter in Italian artistry begins.
Modena, April 7, 2025 – In a meeting of minds that bridges automotive innovation with masterful design, Maserati and Giorgetti have announced a collaboration that celebrates the heart of Italian craftsmanship at Milan Design Week 2025. United by shared values of artistry, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, the partnership unveils two extraordinary creations: the Giorgetti Maserati Edition interior collection and a bespoke Fuoriserie Grecale Folgore one-off.
This is more than a collaboration—it is a dialogue between two icons of “Made in Italy”, fusing Maserati’s bold automotive spirit with Giorgetti’s refined design ethos to deliver creations that speak of heritage, vision, and emotional resonance.
A Dialogue of Beauty and Function
“At Maserati, we have always had a deep connection with the world of interior design,” says Klaus Busse, Maserati Head of Design. “Our Fuoriserie program is dedicated to those who seek the extraordinary. Working with Giorgetti allowed us to craft a one-of-a-kind Grecale that reflects our experimentation and their timeless sophistication.”
Likewise, Giorgetti’s Creative Director, Giancarlo Bosio, describes the partnership not as a conventional design exercise, but as a meeting of souls. “We never sought to replicate a Maserati form. Instead, we absorbed its essence—the poetry of its movement, its performance, and luxury—and translated it into our own design language.”
The result is a body of work that transcends categories. Each creation, whether on four wheels or in a living space, is imbued with meaning, intention, and beauty.

The Giorgetti Maserati Edition: A Mythological Journey Through Design
Drawing inspiration from Neptune’s trident and the mythological forces of nature that have long inspired Maserati, the Giorgetti Maserati Edition interior collection is a tribute to the sea and sky, to motion and emotion.
Each piece bears the name of a mythical figure—Nereide, Seidon, Lorelei, Teti, Ligea, Sibilia, Ploto, and Neomeris—evoking tales of beauty, strength, and elegance. These are not just furniture pieces; they are sculptural works, grounded in the craftsmanship of solid ash wood, luxurious fabrics, and the organic fluidity of Italian design.
- Nereide: A modular sofa embodying grace and wisdom, resting on a solid ash platform.
- Seidon: A sofa whose silhouette echoes the sinuous lines of Maserati cars, striking a dynamic equilibrium.
- Lorelei: Armchair and sofa designed to seduce and embrace, with a sculptural presence.
- Teti: A pouf defined by its refined geometry.
- Ligea and Sibilia: Coffee tables that reinterpret automotive elements such as air intakes and wind tunnels through elegant forms.
- Ploto: A wheeled table that glides like a vessel across waves.
- Neomeris: Captures the ever-shifting temperament of the sea.
Together, they form a cohesive collection that embodies a world of elegance and movement—a sanctuary where luxury meets storytelling.
The Grecale Giorgetti Edition: “Rolling Tailoring” at Its Finest
At the heart of the collaboration lies the Grecale Giorgetti Edition, a one-off full-electric masterpiece realized by Maserati’s new Officine Fuoriserie in Modena. Representing the pinnacle of bespoke automotive design, this Grecale Folgore is a moving expression of Italian sartorial flair—“rolling tailoring” in every sense.
Dressed in a bespoke Gleaming Dusk body colour with copper accents and 21” Glossy Black wheels, its presence is simultaneously commanding and sophisticated. Inside, the attention to detail is nothing short of extraordinary. A denim-hued leather cabin is enriched by Giorgetti’s signature four-thread woolly fabric—a blend of denim, white mélange, black, and copper—creating a tactile experience that mirrors the warmth and comfort of home.
The Trident, for the first time, appears carved in grey-blue wood on the denim Alcantara headrests, a subtle homage to Maserati’s iconography and Giorgetti’s mastery of materials. Wood and stainless steel sills etched with Due icone, una visione (Two icons, one vision) and Eleganza senza tempo (Timeless elegance) mark the threshold between the automotive and the artisanal.
A Private Unveiling of a Shared Dream
The Giorgetti Maserati Edition collection debuted today at the Giorgetti Spiga showroom, while the Grecale Giorgetti Edition was revealed at Maserati’s Milan flagship in a private preview attended by tastemakers, collectors, and design connoisseurs. Beginning April 8, both creations will be on public display, offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience the tangible synergy of two iconic Italian houses.
A New Benchmark for Italian Craftsmanship
This partnership is not simply a project—it is a manifesto. One that proclaims the enduring power of Italian creativity, of design that endures, and of collaborations that inspire.
In the words laser-etched into the Grecale’s door sills, Due icone, una visione. Maserati and Giorgetti have not just created products; they’ve carved a shared vision into the future of design and mobility.
