March 9th, 2024, Thirsk – British 4×4 modifier Twisted is heading to Tokyo, Japan next week for an exclusive exhibition and test drive event to launch Twisted Japan.
The event, held at Daikanyama T-SITE in Tokyo, will feature a special display of Twisted vehicles, unveiled to the public for the first time. Taking place from March 16th to March 19th, visitors will get the opportunity to test drive Twisted vehicles, as well as attend bespoke consultation sessions for potential purchases.

The event follows last year’s announcement that Twisted has agreed a long-term brand license deal with Yone Motors Inc., owned by Valuence Holdings Inc. (Valuence). As part of the deal, Twisted will build 40 vehicles over 3 years for the Japanese market.
“The launch of Twisted Japan represents a significant moment in Twisted’s history,” said Founder of Twisted, Charles Fawcett. “With the considerable number of original Land Rover Defender within the Japanese market, there is an exciting opportunity for the recommissioning of these vehicles to Twisted standards in line with Valuence’s circular economy ethos. We are looking forward to the event next week, and bringing Twisted vehicles to a new, passionate audience here in Japan.”
