KNYSNA, South Africa – 15 November 2024 – Get ready for the 15th edition of South Africa’s most iconic motorsport event – the Simola Hillclimb in Knysna – taking place from 1 to 4 May 2025. Tickets for this world-class automotive spectacle are now available, offering an exciting range of options to suit all fans, from casual spectators to those seeking an exclusive VIP experience.

The Simola Hillclimb has earned its reputation as a thrilling and visually stunning motorsport event, where a diverse lineup of road and race cars tackle the challenging 1.9 km course up the picturesque Simola Hill. From vintage pre-WWII classics to modern, high-powered hillclimb machines, each day of competition offers something special for car enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike. Whether you’re watching the breathtakingly fast King of the Hill contenders or admiring the elegance of the Classic Car Friday entries, the Simola Hillclimb is an unmissable celebration of speed, heritage, and automotive excellence.

A Ticket for Every Fan
Tickets for the 2025 Simola Hillclimb are now available for purchase on the official website, with a range of options to fit every spectator’s needs. General Entry tickets are available for just R170 per day online, or R190 at the gate, making it an affordable way to experience one of the country’s premier motorsport events. A 3-Day Pass offers exceptional value at R420 per person, granting access to the full event, including Classic Car Friday on 2 May, and the King of the Hill on 3 and 4 May. For families, children under 12 can enjoy free General Entry access when accompanied by an adult.

For those looking to enhance their experience, a range of upgrades is available. Pit Access tickets allow fans to get up close to the action, with a limited number available for R270 per day or R750 for the full 3-Day Pass when purchased online. These tickets provide an unparalleled opportunity to meet drivers, admire the cars in the pit lane, and witness the action up close. Due to high demand, Pit Access tickets typically sell out quickly, so early purchase is recommended.

Fans looking for premium seating options can opt for Grandstand tickets at either the Turn 2 or The Esses stands. The Turn 2 Grandstand, with its spectacular view of the uphill straight, offers some of the fastest and most exhilarating moments as cars reach speeds over 250 km/h. The Esses Grandstand offers a vantage point over the challenging and technical snaking section of the course. Tickets are priced at R270 per day or R750 for all three days when purchased online.

For those who want to take their experience to the next level, VIP Parking tickets are available at R150 per day, conveniently located near the pit complex for those with Pit Access tickets.
