Hereford, UK – 20th November 2025
KGM Motors UK is delighted to share that Hereford KGM brought an extra dose of festive excitement to this year’s Hereford City Christmas Festival. The legendary Top Gear figure, The Stig, officially switched on the city’s Christmas lights on Sunday, 16th November 2025, arriving in style in the all-new KGM Actyon.
The annual festival, held at Maylord Orchards, once again transformed Hereford city centre into a winter wonderland. Visitors enjoyed over 50 market stalls featuring local makers and unique Christmas gifts, while festive entertainment included Santa’s Grotto, free family activities, live music, and street performances. Guests also had the chance to sample seasonal treats from local food and drink producers, creating a true celebration for the whole community.
Adding a touch of motoring magic, The Stig made a spectacular entrance in the versatile and head-turning KGM Actyon before taking centre stage to illuminate the city’s Christmas lights.
Samantha Davies, Director at Hereford Motor Group Ltd, said:
“We were thrilled to play our part in Hereford’s biggest festive celebration. The Christmas Festival brings together families, friends, and businesses from across the region, and having The Stig arrive in one of our stunning new KGM Actyon SUVs made it all the more exciting!”
Festivities continue in December, with another opportunity for fans to meet The Stig at Hereford Motor Group’s showroom on Kings Acre Road, Hereford HR4 0SD, on Saturday 6th December 2025. Visitors can enjoy a photo opportunity and explore KGM’s award-winning range, including the flagship Rexton, the rugged Musso pick-up, the versatile Korando, the compact Tivoli, and the adventure-ready Torres – available in petrol, hybrid, and fully electric variants.
From festive fun to motoring excitement, KGM Motors UK and Hereford KGM have once again demonstrated their commitment to community, celebration, and innovation, making this year’s Christmas Festival a truly memorable event.
