Recognising those who have gone above and beyond for their customers, this year’s ceremony saw Luscombe Suzuki Leeds claim the coveted title of Overall Trust Award Winner, marking a standout year for the Yorkshire-based dealership.
The awards were presented at Suzuki’s recent National Dealer Conference, hosted at the exclusive Grove Hotel in Watford. In an event that not only celebrated service excellence but also inspired forward momentum, dealers from across the UK gathered to acknowledge the achievements of their peers.
Assisting in the proceedings was none other than Sir Clive Woodward, England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning head coach. As the event’s guest speaker, Sir Clive shared insights on leadership and high performance before joining Suzuki’s directors on stage to honour the award recipients.
The Dealer Trust Awards are based on customer feedback and performance metrics, shining a spotlight on those who consistently deliver industry-leading service and support.
