Suzuki has strengthened its foothold in the Irish market with the opening of a second retail outlet in its existing Dublin territory, marking a significant expansion in partnership with the Windsor Group. The new Windsor Liffey Valley Suzuki site on Fonthill Road is now fully operational, delivering a comprehensive sales and aftersales experience to customers across Southwest Dublin.
The opening adds further momentum to Suzuki’s growing presence in Ireland, where the brand is now represented by 22 Dealer Partners across 26 outlets nationwide. For Windsor Motor Group, the new Liffey Valley location builds on more than two decades of service to the West Dublin community, reinforcing its reputation as a long-standing automotive hub in the region.
At the heart of the new dealership is an experienced team spanning sales, customer care and technical support. Dealer Principal David O’Toole leads the operation, supported by George Heather in sales and Michelle Van Der Heever heading aftercare, forming a structure designed to deliver continuity and confidence throughout the customer journey.
The showroom officially opened on 1 April, strategically timed ahead of the anticipated July 262 registration plate period. It will feature Suzuki’s latest model range, including the new e VITARA, giving customers direct access to the brand’s evolving line-up of efficient and modern vehicles. A dedicated customer launch event is scheduled for May, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the range in detail and benefit from introductory offers.
David O’Toole, Dealer Principal at Windsor Liffey Valley Suzuki, said the opening represents both an expansion and a commitment to customer experience in the area. “We’re really pleased to open the doors at Liffey Valley and bring Suzuki to even more customers in the area. There’s a great team here with a lot of experience and we’re focused on making the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable for people, whether they’re looking at buying a car or coming in for a service,” he said.
He added that the continued partnership with Suzuki remains a point of pride for the group, highlighting the brand’s reputation for reliability and value. “This new site shows our commitment to growing that locally. We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and existing customers over the coming months,” O’Toole said.
From Suzuki’s perspective, the expansion further reinforces its long-term growth strategy in the region. David Kateley, Director Automobile at Suzuki GB PLC, welcomed the development, noting the importance of accessibility and customer engagement in the brand’s continued success.
“It’s great to see the Windsor Group further strengthen its commitment to Suzuki with the opening of the Liffey Valley site. This expansion is a positive step for the brand in Ireland, improving accessibility for customers and supporting our continued growth as the Trusted Car Brand for Those who are Proud to be Different,” Kateley said.
He also praised Windsor’s established reputation for service excellence, expressing confidence in the team’s ability to deliver a consistent experience from initial enquiry through to aftersales support.
Beyond new vehicle sales, Windsor Liffey Valley Suzuki will provide full servicing and aftersales care, ensuring customers have access to expert support throughout their ownership journey. The dealership is positioned as a full-service automotive destination, combining convenience, expertise and brand continuity under one roof.
