For the third consecutive year, Subaru ranks among Forbes’ top three Best Brands for Social Impact, securing its place as a leader in purpose-driven progress.

Tokyo, May 23, 2025 – Subaru Corporation has once again proven that doing good and doing well can go hand in hand. Recognised for the third year running as one of the top three brands on Forbes’ 2025 Best Brands for Social Impact list, Subaru has also earned the top spot in the automotive category, further cementing its status as a brand deeply rooted in social responsibility and community upliftment.

The annual ranking—created in collaboration with consumer insights firm HundredX—reflects the sentiments of over 165,000 consumers, who contributed more than 4.4 million brand ratings. The 2025 edition assessed 3,900 unique brands on attributes such as values alignment, trustworthiness, sustainability efforts, community support, and social stance.

What sets this accolade apart is its authenticity: consumers independently nominated brands based on personal experience and perception, rather than responding to a pre-selected list.
