Lingotto, Italy – September 26, 2024 – Stellantis, one of the world’s leading automakers, celebrated the outstanding achievements of its global supplier network at the fourth annual Stellantis Supplier of the Year event. Held at the historic Lingotto Conference Center in Turin, Italy, the ceremony recognized 68 global and regional suppliers for their exceptional commitment to quality, operational excellence, and innovation in 2023.

With over 200 global suppliers and partners in attendance, the event highlighted Stellantis’ ongoing partnership with its supplier base. Among the honorees, 21 suppliers were presented with the prestigious “Supplier of the Year” award, acknowledging their leadership across categories such as quality, program management, innovation, and corporate social responsibility.

Maxime Picat, Stellantis’ Chief Purchasing and Supply Chain Officer, expressed the company’s gratitude, stating, “Our suppliers’ dedication and superior standards have been instrumental in overcoming challenges and achieving remarkable milestones. Their exceptional performance, collaborative spirit, and commitment to quality and punctuality have been pivotal to our ongoing growth plans.”

The 2024 award winners represent a diverse range of industries, each playing a critical role in Stellantis’ success:

  • Quality: VMAX stood out for its exceptional work on the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) On-Board Charger, overcoming a significant chip crisis and supporting the launch of Stellantis’ next-generation SmartCar and BEV Gen 2.
  • Program Management: Mayco International ensured the seamless delivery of a key Stellantis product by meeting timing commitments, reducing material shortages, and opening a new molding facility.
  • Innovation: Garrett was recognized for its groundbreaking turbocharger technology, which plays a pivotal role in the SMART EV project and sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Constellium’s strong commitment to sustainability and social responsibility earned accolades, supported by positive ratings from international bodies.

  • North America: Android’s collaboration on chassis suspension assemblies for the Ram demonstrated its commitment to partnership and innovation.
  • South America: Brenex overcame regional challenges, including payment restrictions, to maintain seamless operations across Stellantis’ South American plants.
  • Enlarged Europe: Tiberina’s role in the industrialization of new launches for Alfa Romeo and Maserati proved instrumental during the energy and raw material crisis.
  • Middle East & Africa: COFAT Automotive Systems raised the bar with its sustainability initiatives and competitive solutions for electric micromobility.
