Milton Keynes, 13 January 2025 – Škoda has taken the wraps off its updated Enyaq range, introducing a host of enhancements in design, technology, and performance. Available in both SUV and Coupé forms, the new Enyaq line-up promises to deliver increased value, versatility, and sophistication for electric vehicle enthusiasts. With prices starting from £39,000, orders open on 6 March 2025, with first deliveries expected in Q2.
A Modern Design Evolution
The updated Enyaq embraces Škoda’s Modern Solid design philosophy, blending robust practicality with contemporary styling. The front end is reimagined with the Tech-Deck Face, featuring a glossy black finish that houses advanced sensors. The iconic Škoda badge is replaced by bold lettering, and the new illuminated strip enhances the Matrix LED headlights’ striking presence.
At the rear, animated C-shaped LED taillights with Coming Home/Leaving Home sequences add a touch of sophistication, while aerodynamically optimised alloy wheels, ranging from 19 to 21 inches, complement the sleek design. A fresh Olive Green metallic paint option joins the colour palette, underlining the range’s modern appeal.
Enhanced Specifications Across the Range
Škoda has streamlined its Enyaq line-up into three trim levels—SE L, Edition, and SportLine—each offering an impressive suite of features.
- SE L 60: The entry-level trim now boasts LED lighting, Tri-zone climate control, and wireless charging as standard. Additional features include Keyless Entry, Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control, and an Electric Boot with Virtual Pedal.
- Edition 60 and 85: Step up to the Edition models for Matrix LED headlights, animated indicators, and premium interior upgrades like a massage function for the driver’s seat. Unique Dark Chrome accents add an exclusive touch.
- SportLine 85x: Designed for those seeking dynamic performance, this trim includes 20-inch Vega black alloy wheels, sports suspension, a head-up display with augmented reality, and a premium CANTON sound system.
Aerodynamic Excellence and Advanced Engineering
Škoda’s engineers have delivered significant improvements in aerodynamic performance, achieving a drag coefficient (Cd) of 0.245 for the SUV and an impressive 0.229 for the Coupé. These refinements, combined with optimised air curtains and wheel designs, not only enhance aesthetics but also extend the Enyaq’s range.

Powertrains and Performance
The Enyaq range caters to diverse driving needs with two battery sizes and three powertrain options:
- Enyaq 60: A 63kWh (59kWh net) battery paired with a 204PS motor offers a WLTP range of up to 268 miles.
- Enyaq 85: An 82kWh (77kWh net) battery increases range to 359 miles for the SUV and 365 miles for the Coupé.
- Enyaq 85x: The all-wheel-drive variant adds a front motor for enhanced traction, delivering a range of up to 334 miles (Coupé).
Charging capabilities have also been upgraded. The Enyaq 60 supports up to 165kW DC charging, replenishing 10-80% of the battery in just 24 minutes. The Enyaq 85 and 85x achieve similar charging times at rates up to 175kW.
Connected and Practical Interior
Inside, the Enyaq builds on its reputation for practicality and comfort. A 5-inch Digital Cockpit and a 13-inch central infotainment screen come as standard, with augmented reality head-up displays available on SportLine models. The redesigned steering wheel features Škoda lettering, while the improved MySkoda app now integrates Powerpass, providing seamless access to over 800,000 charging points across Europe.

The new Enyaq range starts at £39,000 for the SE L 60 SUV, while the flagship SportLine 85x Coupé is priced at £50,650. With its blend of cutting-edge technology, stylish design, and exceptional value, the refreshed Enyaq reaffirms Škoda’s commitment to making sustainable mobility accessible to a wider audience.
