Royal Enfield is kicking off summer with the return of its much-loved Journey, Destination, Memories (JDM) series—an immersive ride-and-connect experience that blends community, craftsmanship and the open road. The first event of the 2025 JDM calendar is set for 3 July at Cooperb Motorcycles in Northamptonshire, and it promises to be a celebration of motorcycling culture in pure Royal Enfield style.
Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just curious about the brand, all are welcome to join the JDM opening ride. Starting at Cooperb Motorcycles, the event offers a full day of engagement, from test rides and custom inspiration to coffee-fuelled chats with the Royal Enfield Custom Team—culminating in a spirited group ride to Brewpoint for dinner and drinks.
A Celebration of Craft, Culture and Community
The JDM programme forms part of Royal Enfield’s ongoing mission to unite riders across the UK through meaningful experiences. Running parallel to its Global Riders community events, JDM delivers a more intimate look at the brand’s custom-building ethos, introducing riders to the minds behind some of the unique builds showcased at top custom shows like Bike Shed London.
“We are nothing without our global community,” says Becky Blackmore, Royal Enfield UK Marketing Manager. “Being able to host events like this—where riders can learn more about the Custom Team and then hit the road together—is a fantastic opportunity for us all. We can’t wait to meet and ride with everyone who joins us.”

What to Expect at the Cooperb Event
Riders attending the Cooperb JDM can take the Shotgun 650 and Super Meteor for a spin along some of Northamptonshire’s best A and B roads, with test ride slots running from 11:30am to 4pm. The day will be fuelled by fresh coffee and refreshments, with ample time to speak to the Royal Enfield team and fellow enthusiasts.
As a highlight of the day, the Royal Enfield Custom Team will arrive in the afternoon for a special introduction to their work, including a specially commissioned custom build on display. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ride the Wayward Edition Shotgun, a uniquely accessorised variant that’s sure to turn heads.
From Cooperb to Brewpoint: The Ride Out
As the sun begins to dip, the group will saddle up for the main ride-out to Brewpoint in Bedford—a fitting destination to wind down the day with good food, cold drinks, and even better conversation. It’s a chance to create lasting memories with fellow riders and truly live out the spirit of JDM: Journey, Destination, Memories.
Limited Availability – Book Now
Only 50 places are available for the Cooperb JDM event, and riders are encouraged to secure their slots early via the Royal Enfield UK Riders Club. Invitations have also been sent to Rider Club members, who will receive priority access to this and upcoming JDM gatherings throughout the summer.
As Royal Enfield continues to champion its legacy of accessible, characterful motorcycling, events like JDM serve as the perfect bridge between bike and community. Whether you’re there for the customs, the camaraderie, or simply the joy of the ride—this is one summer ride-out you won’t want to miss.
