Isuzu UK has officially launched the much-anticipated New D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35, with sales commencing from 1st July 2025. Priced from £57,005 CVOTR, this formidable machine is available exclusively as a double cab automatic, combining Arctic Trucks’ world-renowned engineering expertise with Isuzu’s proven commercial DNA.

Unveiled at the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show, the new AT35 is the most capable and refined iteration yet. It’s designed for those who demand extreme off-road performance, exceptional utility, and a bold visual presence—all without compromising modern comfort or safety.

Engineered for Extremes

At its core, the AT35 is powered by Isuzu’s 1.9-litre turbo diesel engine, producing 360 Nm of torque and paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. But it’s the extensive reengineering by Arctic Trucks that elevates this vehicle into a class of its own.

Built to dominate difficult landscapes and harsh job sites, the AT35 features:

  • 35” BFGoodrich KO2 All-Terrain Tyres
  • Arctic Trucks Bilstein Performance Suspension System (+40mm lift)
  • Rough Terrain Mode and Shift-on-the-Fly 4WD
  • Rear Differential Lock
  • 3.5-tonne towing capacity and over 1-tonne payload

Arctic Trucks engineers have dedicated over 60 hours of specialist modifications to the chassis, wheel arches, and bodywork—resulting in increased clearance, stability, and durability. This means the AT35 not only looks the part—it performs in any terrain, from remote wilderness to unforgiving construction sites.

Rugged Looks, Refined Touch

Visually, the new AT35 exudes authority with a wider track, increased ride height, and a commanding stance enhanced by flared arches and signature Arctic Trucks detailing. Key exterior features include:

  • Matte black 17×10-inch alloy wheels
  • Oversized Arctic Trucks mud guards
  • 2” rear multifunction receiver hitch
  • Extended-profile side steps and roof rails
  • Premium AT35 and Arctic Trucks badging throughout

Available in a range of finishes—including Splash White, Onyx Black, Spinel Red, and the striking Sienna Orange—the AT35 ensures every journey is a statement.

A Cabin That Commands

Inside, the AT35 is as comfortable as it is capable. The premium cabin includes:

  • Leather upholstery with heated front seats
  • Dual-zone climate control
  • 9” touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™
  • 8-speaker premium audio system
  • Wireless phone charging, USB-C ports, and 7” digital driver display

Each AT35 is hand-finished by Arctic Trucks and includes bespoke touches such as embroidered headrests, custom floor mats, locking wheel nuts, and a certificate of conformity.

Safety Without Compromise

As part of the new D-Max generation, the AT35 comes equipped with Isuzu’s most advanced ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite to date. Standard features include:

  • Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Rear Cross Traffic Braking
  • Traffic Jam Assist
  • Turn Assist, E-Call, and Attention Assist

Whether tackling backcountry trails or navigating urban job sites, these innovations ensure driver confidence and passenger safety remain paramount.

Versatility Redefined

Available through selected Isuzu Arctic Trucks dealers across the UK, the AT35 is more than a pick-up—it’s a professional tool, a lifestyle companion, and a terrain-conquering force.

“The New AT35 adds an exciting and dynamic edge to the Isuzu D-Max range,” said Alan Able, Managing Director at Isuzu UK. “It combines dramatic visual presence with genuine utility, making it ideal for both specialist commercial operators and lifestyle buyers.”

Peter Smith, Managing Director at Arctic Trucks UK, echoed this: “It’s a bold and capable pick-up that delivers genuine off-road ability without compromising comfort, safety or commercial versatility.”
