The Jeep® Compass 4xe has long stood as a beacon of capability within the compact SUV segment, but the latest evolution pushes the envelope even further. Now, with a reimagined interior crafted specifically for off-road life, the Compass 4xe doesn’t just drive the road less travelled — it makes its own.
Officially unveiled with a fresh design philosophy, the new Compass 4xe interior represents a bold step forward in Jeep’s legacy of functional innovation. Marrying practicality with purpose, every element has been engineered to meet the demands of drivers who live life in motion — whether that’s a daily commute, a weekend hiking expedition, or an escape to the backcountry.
A Cabin Designed for the Wild
At the heart of this refresh lies an interior concept shaped by real-world use cases. Jeep designers have gone beyond aesthetic appeal to introduce materials that are as durable as they are thoughtful. Heavy-duty seat fabrics, coated in resilient polyurethane, offer twice the durability of traditional cloth while being easier to clean — an essential feature for outdoor enthusiasts and pet owners alike. Rear seatbacks feature an anti-scratch surface and cleverly integrated storage, ensuring that even the messiest of gear won’t compromise comfort or quality.
To combat the inevitable debris of outdoor adventures, Jeep has added heavy-duty rubber floor mats for enhanced protection against mud, gravel, water, and anything else the wilderness can throw your way. The earthy tan interior — carefully selected to conceal dirt and maintain a tidy look — is accented with bold red detailing, replacing the standard silver to visually communicate the model’s rugged character.

Off-Road Engineering, Purposefully Applied
Built on Stellantis’ STLA Medium platform and offering a choice of multi-energy powertrains — including plug-in hybrid (4xe), e-hybrid, and full electric — the Compass has never been more adaptable. However, it’s the 4xe variant that truly embraces Jeep’s iconic off-road heritage.
Enhanced ground clearance thanks to a 10 mm suspension lift, paired with optimized approach (27°), departure (31°), and breakover (16°) angles, equips the Compass 4xe to traverse uneven, demanding terrain with ease. Off-road bumpers, a modular anti-scratch Jeep Bumper Shield, and a matte anti-glare hood decal add both visual and functional grit to the package. Rugged 19-inch wheels with high-sidewall tyres enhance grip and flexibility on slippery or rocky surfaces, while a rear tow hook adds practical utility when the going gets truly tough.
Designed by Experience
For Daniele Calonaci, Head of Jeep® Design Europe, the Compass 4xe is more than a project — it’s personal. “This isn’t just a product I helped shape, it’s a vehicle that supports how I live,” he explains. “From managing everyday life with young children and pets, to exploring the mountains on weekends, this SUV was built for people like me — and like our customers.”
His appreciation extends to features like the Selec-Terrain® system, now including a dedicated off-road mode that fine-tunes traction across a range of surfaces. A built-in altitude indicator adds a touch of adventure-inspired flair — a small but significant nod to Jeep’s exploration ethos.
A Compass for a New Generation
Since its debut in 2006, the Compass has established itself as a global favourite, with more than 2.5 million units sold worldwide. With this latest iteration, Jeep positions the Compass 4xe not just as a capable SUV, but as a lifestyle enabler — ready to meet the demands of today’s dynamic drivers.
In a C-SUV market that accounts for nearly a quarter of all vehicle sales in Europe, the Compass 4xe sets itself apart through a blend of trail-tested hardware, advanced technology, and intelligent design. It’s a vehicle equally at home navigating urban sprawl or remote mountain passes — all while honouring the brand’s DNA with signature design cues like the iconic seven-slot grille and trapezoidal wheel arches.
More Than a Vehicle — A Statement
With the Compass 4xe, Jeep reaffirms its commitment to authentic adventure. This is more than an SUV; it’s a tool for freedom, engineered to empower drivers to go further, explore deeper, and live more fully — all without compromise.
The road ahead may be unpredictable, but with the new Compass 4xe, you’re not just ready for it — you’re built for it.
