Range Rover has unveiled an exclusive collection of London-inspired editions, drawing on the British capital’s most influential neighbourhoods to create a quartet of luxury SUVs that blend heritage, design and electrified performance. Like Savile Row tailoring stitched into steel and leather, each model captures the atmosphere of its namesake district with carefully curated materials, finishes and detailing.
The new line-up introduces the Range Rover Westminster Edition alongside the previously revealed Range Rover Evoque Hoxton Edition, Range Rover Velar Belgravia Edition and Range Rover Sport Battersea Edition. Together, they form a contemporary tribute to London’s cultural diversity, architectural identity and enduring influence on luxury design.
Range Rover’s relationship with London stretches back decades. From the sophisticated Range Rover Linley edition revealed in Park Lane in 1999 to collaborations with legendary Savile Row tailor Henry Poole & Co., the British SUV brand has long drawn inspiration from the capital’s blend of tradition and innovation. These latest editions continue that story, translating iconic postcodes into rolling expressions of craftsmanship and character.
Each model in the collection is offered as a plug-in electric hybrid, pairing refinement with zero-emission capability for daily commuting. The Range Rover Sport Battersea Edition and Range Rover Westminster Edition deliver up to 117km of all-electric driving range, enough to cover around 75% of average daily journeys in electric-only mode. The Evoque Hoxton Edition and Velar Belgravia Edition offer up to 59km of electric range.
The Range Rover Evoque Hoxton Edition channels the creative energy of East London’s trendsetting district through contemporary detailing and a distinctly fashion-forward personality. Satin Gold 20-inch wheels with diamond-turned accents stand out against a Platinum Atlas exterior styling pack, while illuminated “Hoxton Edition” puddle lamps and bespoke badging add subtle exclusivity. Inside, contrast-stitched leather upholstery and black brushed aluminium trim featuring the Edition’s signature graphic create a cabin atmosphere that feels both modern and artisanal.
Inspired by one of London’s most prestigious residential districts, the Range Rover Velar Belgravia Edition combines understated sophistication with architectural precision. Dark Agate diamond-turned wheels with Satin Black tinted lacquer reinforce the Velar’s sleek silhouette, while bespoke puddle lamps and Belgravia Edition detailing highlight the model’s attention to craftsmanship. The interior continues the theme with finely stitched leather seating and premium finishes that mirror the quiet confidence of the neighbourhood itself.
Range Rover is also introducing an even more exclusive Belgravia Edition Satin, limited to just 400 units globally. The model debuts a Clear Satin Protective Film on the Velar for the first time, alongside 22-inch Dark Agate Grey diamond-turned wheels and a Black Exterior Styling Pack. Every example carries a “1 of 400” designation, giving it the sort of rarity collectors tend to circle like sharks in tailored suits.
The Range Rover Sport Battersea Edition takes inspiration from the riverside district’s fusion of industrial heritage and contemporary reinvention. Bold black exterior detailing, a contrasting black roof and 22-inch forged wheels sharpen the SUV’s already assertive stance, while the interior introduces distinctive contrast stitching and exclusive Battersea Edition etching on the treadplates and centre console. It is a performance-focused interpretation of modern British luxury, carrying the same restless energy as Battersea’s transformed power station skyline.
Completing the line-up is the Range Rover Westminster Edition, a model shaped by the grandeur and authority of Britain’s political and cultural heart. Distinctive Westminster Edition badging and 22-inch diamond-turned wheels reinforce its stately character, while the cabin introduces Natural Black Birch Veneer with a subtle 10-line inlay inspired by 10 Downing Street. Premium metallic paint, Meridian 3D audio and a sliding panoramic roof all come standard, elevating the flagship SUV’s sense of occasion.
Hannah Custance, Range Rover Materiality Senior Manager, said the collection represents “a contemporary expression of the enduring dialogue between the capital city and the Range Rover brand.”
“Each borough we drew inspiration from served as a vibrant muse, chosen for its rich British heritage, iconic modern architecture, or its role as an epicentre of London’s creative scene,” she said. “Through our craft in materiality design, we sought to encapsulate the spirit of these culturally significant neighbourhoods through thoughtful, refined details in each Edition, delivered across the entire Range Rover line-up.”
South African pricing starts at R1,239,200 for the Range Rover Evoque Hoxton Edition and R1,597,800 for the Range Rover Velar Belgravia Edition. The Range Rover Sport Battersea Edition is priced from R2,307,700, while the flagship Range Rover Westminster Edition starts at R3,424,100.
