TECHART, a renowned Porsche customization company, has revealed the GTstreet R Flyweight, a limited edition, lightweight custom-built super sports car based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S. Designed for track day enthusiasts, the car will make its debut at the Bangkok International Motor Show on March 21. This event also marks the introduction of TECHART’s Flyweight performance division, which provides extensive upgrades for Porsche owners.
With only 19 units available, the Porsche GTstreet R Flyweight boasts cutting-edge racing technology, an elegant Flyweight clubsport interior, and significant weight reduction. TECHART has concentrated on enhancing the vehicle’s performance for racetrack use while maintaining its suitability for daily driving. Aerodynamic features include a fixed carbon fiber front splitter, side air fins, integrated canards, and a molded carbon fiber underbody.
The interior showcases exclusive finishes, RECARO Podium CF performance seats, and innovative 3D-printed seat pads for greater personalization. The GTstreet R Flyweight achieves a weight reduction of approximately 60 kg compared to a standard model equipped with similar options.
Powered by the TECHART Powerkit TA092/T2.1, the car produces 588 kW (800 hp) and 950 Nm of torque. It can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. TECHART has also partnered with Öhlins to develop the coilover suspension, which enhances traction and handling.
The Porsche GTstreet R Flyweight package, limited to 19 units, is now available for order.
