Honda’s dealer network is proud to have been placed in the top three of the highly respected 2013 JD Power Satisfaction Survey, published in the latest issue of What Car? magazine. Recognised for their professional, friendly and accommodating service, Honda dealers scored an outstanding 84 per cent overall. Customers were particularly impressed with realistic pricing and exceptional service, with 92 per cent saying they would recommend their Honda dealer to a family member or friend.
Honda’s reputation for building brilliantly reliable cars is further demonstrated by the recent WeLoveAnyCar National Car Awards where Honda took gold in the Most Reliable Car Manufacturer category. This was backed up by a silver medal in the Most Recommended Manufacturer category. Honda also achieved a podium in the Best Diesel Cars category, which sends a great signal to anyone looking to purchase a Honda CR-V or Civic with the new, super-efficient 1.6 i-DTEC Earth Dreams Technology engine.
These latest accolades follow a long line of awards in 2013, which recognise Honda’s bullet-proof reliability and excellent customer service. In this year’s What Car? & Warranty Direct Reliability Survey, Honda achieved pole position for an impressive, eighth year running. Honda also stormed the Which? awards, consistently claiming top five positions or higher for reliability across it’s model range. In the Auto Express Driver Power Survey, Honda climbed two places to fourth position, recognising it’s excellence in customer service.
