London, UK, May 14, 2024 – Nissan is excited to announce the opening of pre-orders for the all-new diesel variant of the Interstar, its most advanced and largest LCV to date. This new model offers a host of safety and convenience features, alongside increased size and versatility, making it highly customizable to meet the unique needs of its users.

The all-new Interstar diesel is available in two trims: Acenta and Tekna. The Acenta trim caters to everyday needs and includes manual air-conditioning. For an additional £1,200 + VAT, the Tekna trim adds several upgrades, such as:
- Automatic air conditioning
- Heated windscreen
- Rear-view camera
- Front parking sensors and flank protection
- 270-degree opening rear doors
- 12V plug in the loading area
- Additional 10 anchorage fixing rings on C & D pillars
- Full wheel covers

The Interstar comes with a variety of factory-built conversions, including tipper, drop-side, and box van options, as well as multiple panel van variants. Whether you need maximum cargo volume, long-distance driving capability, extra passenger room, or heavy-duty hauling, the Interstar has you covered with L2H2, L3H2, and L3H3 variants.
The vehicle is equipped with a 2.0-liter single variable turbo engine, available in power outputs ranging from 105PS to 170PS and torque outputs from 330Nm to 380Nm. It offers a WLTP fuel consumption figure of up to 37.8mpg, with some versions reaching as high as 41.5mpg. The diesel variant can handle payloads of up to nearly two tonnes and has a maximum towing capacity of 2500kg, perfect for heavy-duty business needs.
Enhanced Interior Comfort and Convenience
The revamped interior of the Interstar offers car-like comfort and convenience, with a more vertical steering wheel and a sculpted dashboard featuring a 10.1-inch touchscreen angled towards the driver. It includes two large cup holders, large overhead shelves, 10 open storage areas, and three closed storage areas, providing nearly 80 liters of stowage space. Additional features include a multipurpose central seat-back workspace unit and a large under-seat storage box.
Improved Maneuverability
The Interstar’s turning circle is 1.5 meters smaller than previous models, making it easier to navigate narrow urban streets without sacrificing load-carrying capability.

The all-new Interstar comes with a range of standard safety features, including Forward Emergency Braking, Drowsiness Warning, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.
