Wheeler Dealers’ affable frontman and lifelong petrolhead, Mike Brewer, recently paid a visit to Milltek Sport in Derby—and left not just impressed, but audibly thrilled.
Having arrived in his cherished Porsche 911 looking for “a bit more noise,” Mike got far more than he bargained for: a warm welcome, an immersive tour of Milltek’s world-class production facilities, and most importantly, a brand-new Stainless-Steel Cat-Back exhaust system that finally gives his Porsche the vocal cords it deserves.
“Typical me, I’ve gone and bought a car that’s not very loud,” joked Mike. “I can’t hear it, so I just need it a bit noisier. Why not!”

Expecting to find a modest operation—“a few men in a shed,” as he put it—Mike was blown away by the scale and sophistication of Milltek’s Derby HQ. “You know me, I love an engineering shop,” said Mike. “You walk in, and you are greeted like this – it is like the trumpets and horn section of an orchestra. Milltek is just unbelievable.”

And he’s glad he did.
