American car magazine “Ward’s Auto World” distinguishes the Mercedes-Benz S-Class for its outstanding interior design.
The editorial team of the renowned US “Ward’s Auto World” magazine have chosen the ten best interior designs from a pool of 41 new or restyled vehicles. To this end, the car experts spent two months drawing up detailed rankings which took diverse aspects of interior design into consideration, such as ergonomics, driver information, high quality, safety and comfort as well as design harmony and aesthetics.
On the basis of the applied objective criteria, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class not only secured its place among the ten equal-ranking best contenders, but also earned special praise from Drew Winter, editor-in-chief of “Ward‘s Auto World” magazine: “No other vehicle interior worldwide combines aesthetics, technology and safety like the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class.” And the US specialist magazine continued: “With the S-Class, Mercedes-Benz is re-writing the script for interior design – not only for its own brand, but maybe for all German luxury cars.”
