McLaren Automotive, the British luxury supercar manufacturer known for its high-performance vehicles, has announced the appointment of Matthew Boguradzki as its new Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). With a rich background in international sales and a proven track record at some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, Boguradzki’s appointment signals a strategic move to strengthen McLaren’s presence and accelerate its growth in these key regions.
Boguradzki brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as Head of Sales for the Americas at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where he was instrumental in driving the brand’s success in the North and South American markets. In addition, he has held a series of senior sales leadership roles at BMW, further honing his expertise in sales strategy, customer service, and brand development across global markets.
“Matthew’s experience and leadership are a perfect fit for McLaren as we continue to elevate our brand and drive demand for our high-performance supercars in the EMEIA region,” said a McLaren spokesperson. “His international expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of customer service and further build McLaren’s position as one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands.”

This strategic appointment follows the decision of Brett Soso to step down from his role as Regional Director after six years of successfully leading McLaren’s business activities in EMEIA. Soso’s departure will occur at the end of the year, allowing for a seamless leadership transition period. Under his leadership, McLaren’s EMEIA operations saw significant growth, setting the stage for continued success in the future.
Matthew Boguradzki expressed his excitement at the opportunity, noting, “It’s a pleasure to be joining McLaren Automotive during what promises to be an exciting period of growth and expansion for the brand. McLaren is renowned for its cutting-edge technology, exceptional performance, and stunning design, and I’m thrilled to take on the role of managing and developing our operations in this dynamic region. I look forward to playing a key role in our continued success and ensuring McLaren’s future as a leader in the luxury automotive market.”
As McLaren continues to innovate and expand its lineup, particularly with the upcoming launch of new models, the addition of Boguradzki to the team is expected to be a driving force in the brand’s pursuit of excellence. His leadership will be pivotal in strengthening McLaren’s relationships with customers across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, while reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering extraordinary driving experiences.
With a clear focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, McLaren is poised to continue its legacy as a leader in the luxury supercar market. Boguradzki’s appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for McLaren Automotive as it enters a period of exciting expansion and refinement.
