Now in its sixth year, the event shines a spotlight on the top dealerships that have excelled in various categories, honouring those who have contributed significantly to the growth and success of the brand.
Held in recognition of their consistent excellence, the winners of the prestigious awards come from a network of 116 dealerships across the UK. The All-Stars Sales and Aftersales Leagues measure dealer performance across a range of key metrics, including customer satisfaction, service loyalty, renewals performance, and sales targets. These rigorous assessments reflect the dedication, passion, and resilience required to maintain the highest standards in the automotive industry.
Top Performers in Sales and Aftersales
The competition was fierce in both the sales and aftersales categories, but Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton emerged as the leader in the Sales League, clinching the coveted title of No.1 Sales Dealer. This remarkable achievement comes as a result of their exceptional sales performance and outstanding customer service.
In the Aftersales category, Bourne Road Mazda Crayford took the top spot as the No.1 Aftersales Dealer, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with their customers.
Continuing their winning streak, Newport Mazda once again claimed the Mazda Used Car Award, while Bristol Street Mazda Redditch impressed by delivering a stellar 145% performance against their sales targets, earning the Sales vs Objective award.

With the UK automotive industry focusing increasingly on electrification, Mazda introduced two new award categories this year to recognise the outstanding contributions of dealerships in electric and hybrid vehicle sales. - Service Loyalty was awarded to Nunns Mazda Grimsby, recognising their efforts in fostering long-term loyalty through exceptional service standards.
- Parts Performance was claimed by TW White & Sons Great Bookham for their exemplary parts service.
- Enquiry Management was presented to Edwards Mazda for their efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries.
