MasterDrive is thrilled to announce the return of the highly anticipated Women with Drive event at this year’s Festival of Motoring. Now in its third iteration at the festival, the event, titled Women with Drive – ALIVE, encapsulates the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the business world, teeming with possibilities for women in the industry.
Eugene Herbert, CEO of MasterDrive, proudly remarks, “We are honored to host Women with Drive for the eighth consecutive year. This event was the first to earn its spot on our road safety event calendar, and our commitment to promoting road safety has only grown in significance and impact since then.”
This year, Women with Drive – ALIVE will spotlight influential women who are at the helm of their organizations, propelling their development, championing diversity, and uplifting other women. The event also celebrates those who have led their organizations across multiple generations.
A highlight of the event will be the popular panel discussion and the much-anticipated lifestyle presentation, addressing essential topics for success across various spheres of life. “The panel discussion, ‘The Ecosystem of Sustainable Mobility: Connecting, Collaborating, and Conquering,’ will explore the future of the mobility sector, its challenges and opportunities, sustainability, and empowerment,” says Herbert.

The lifestyle presentation will delve into vital aspects of well-rounded success for women in the mobility industry. Titled “Mental Wellness for Women in the Fast Lane,” it will cover stress management for women in high-pressure roles, achieving work-life balance, and fostering mindfulness and resilience.
An integral component of Women with Drive is supporting an organization that gives back to the community. This year, Women with Drive – ALIVE will highlight an organization dedicated to assisting vulnerable women, either by raising awareness or helping them achieve their goals.
“We are eagerly looking forward to hosting Women with Drive – ALIVE at the Festival of Motoring once again,” says Herbert. “The event’s location in the pit area of the Kyalami Grand Prix circuit adds a unique element of excitement and prestige, placing women at the forefront in an often male-dominated industry.”
He continues, “This promises to be yet another exceptional Women with Drive event. Our speakers and panelists will share invaluable insights, aiding attendees on their own journeys to success. Keep an eye on your inbox for an exclusive invite to Women with Drive – ALIVE on 29 August 2024.”
MasterDrive invites you to join us for this empowering event, celebrating the strength, resilience, and leadership of women in the mobility industry.
