Hayes, London, October 2014 – Popular tourist attraction, London Motor Museum, is launching a new eatery for visitors to relish – the Burger Bus Stop.

The Hayes-based collection features over 200 cars ranging from European classics and supercars, to American muscle cars and even stars of the silver screen.

Museum owner Elo and his team took the Brighton and Hove vehicle from classic mode of transportation to retro diner in his London Supercar Workshop.

Elo explained: “We were keen to offer our visitors an eating experience with a difference, that continues the historic motoring feel of the museum exhibitions.

“It was a great opportunity for me and my team to try something new, turning the lower deck into a kitchen, while decorating the upper deck in a pop art style to create a colourful yet classic dining area.”

The menu will feature four burgers, Cadillac, Roadrunner, Mopar and Eco, in addition to a regularly changing chef’s special.

The Burger Bus Stop is now open to museum visitors and burger lovers alike.

The museum is also launching a new app which, once downloaded, enables visitors to discover the rich history of the attraction’s collection thanks to a series of iBeacons situated throughout the venue.

With a wide range of images, videos and information, the app is available to download for free on iTunes and can be used not only at the museum itself, but also when models from the collection are in attendance at exhibitions and festivals.
