LEPAS has confirmed its UK leadership team as the brand prepares to enter the British market, appointing Gary Lan as CEO of LEPAS UK and Ray Wang as Managing Director. These appointments mark a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy and its efforts to establish a strong presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic automotive markets.
Gary Lan, who also serves as CEO of OMODA&JAECOO UK and CEO of CHERY UK, will oversee the strategic development of LEPAS in the UK. Lan will work closely with Ray Wang, who joins the business as Managing Director, bringing extensive experience from previous OMODA and JAECOO launches in the UK. Wang will focus on operational development, helping to establish the brand’s retail network, commercial activities, and marketing foundations.
“Introducing LEPAS to the UK represents an exciting new chapter for our global business. The British market is highly competitive, and we are committed to building a brand that delivers innovation, strong value and a high-quality customer experience. I am delighted to welcome Ray Wang to the team as Managing Director as we begin this journey together,” said Gary Lan.
Ray Wang added, “LEPAS arrives with a clear ambition to establish itself as a distinctive new choice for UK customers. Working alongside Gary and the wider team, we look forward to building a strong organisation and the dedicated retail network that supports the brand’s long-term success in this market.”

The first LEPAS model to launch in the UK will be the L8 flagship SUV, scheduled for sale in 2026. Additional details on the model range, technology, and dedicated retail network will be shared in the lead-up to the brand’s market debut, as LEPAS lays the foundation for a bold and innovative presence in the UK automotive landscape.
