Effective immediately, Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano assumes the role of Head of Press Communications for FIAT and Abarth, succeeding Danilo Coglianese, who moves into a new position as Head of Enlarged Europe Events Management beginning July 1st.
This transition reflects FIAT’s continued focus on innovation, brand evolution, and strategic storytelling across global markets.
A Global Voice with a Luxury Edge
Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano brings a distinctive blend of international expertise and luxury brand sensibility to the role. Born in Dallas, Texas, Siro-Brigiano is armed with a Master’s degree in International Management and Marketing, a Master’s in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management from the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, and a Certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
Her communications journey began in 2012 at Roberto Cavalli, followed by significant roles at Michael Kors, Bottega Veneta, and Cybex, where she led global communications, public relations, social media, and high-profile industry engagements. Her unique background in fashion and luxury branding, coupled with a strong strategic mindset, positions her to lead FIAT and Abarth’s press communications into a new era of global resonance and cultural relevance.
In her new role, Siro-Brigiano will report directly to Olivier Francois, FIAT CEO and Global Chief Marketing Officer of Stellantis, ensuring brand messaging aligns with Stellantis’ broader vision while maintaining the distinct identity and heritage of both FIAT and Abarth.

Danilo Coglianese: A Legacy of Strategic Leadership
Danilo Coglianese’s tenure has been marked by strong leadership and a clear communications direction for FIAT and Abarth. Born in Naples, Italy, Coglianese holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Marketing and Communication. He began his automotive career in 2000 with the BMW Group, working in marketing and communications both in Italy and later globally from Germany.
Joining FCA in 2018, Coglianese quickly made his mark as EMEA Head of Communications for FIAT and Abarth. He was later appointed VP of Global Communications for the two brands within Stellantis, overseeing messaging across multiple international markets during a period of substantial change and growth.
In his new role as Head of Enlarged Europe Events Management, Coglianese will report to Eligio Catarinella, who leads Regional Marketing Performance & Events at Stellantis Enlarged Europe. This appointment signals Stellantis’ commitment to delivering memorable and strategic brand activations across the region.
A Transition Aligned with Vision
This reshuffle underscores Stellantis’ agility in placing talent where their expertise can deliver the greatest impact. Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano’s appointment is a nod to the growing importance of storytelling that resonates not just with traditional automotive audiences, but with a new generation of customers inspired by culture, design, and lifestyle.
As FIAT and Abarth continue to evolve within the Stellantis ecosystem, the refreshed communications leadership signals a bold step forward in shaping the narrative of two of Italy’s most beloved automotive brands.
