Kia UK is celebrating a landmark achievement as a record number of its dealerships receive top accolades in the annual Reputation Awards. For 2026, 14 Kia dealerships achieved the prestigious Reputation 900 Award, placing them among the highest-rated automotive retailers in the UK. An additional 110 dealers scored above 800, meaning more than half of the Kia UK network has been formally recognised for excellence in customer service, review sentiment, social engagement, business listing accuracy, and more.
The Reputation 900 Award recognises businesses that have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to customer experience, achieving a score of 900 or higher. The award takes into account review sentiment, volume, recency, response, social engagement, and brand health, highlighting those who consistently prioritise the customer voice.

These results build on Kia UK’s strong reputation in previous years, including its recognition as the top UK car brand in Reputation’s 2022 Automotive Reputation Report. Among the 14 dealerships to receive the Reputation 900 Award were Drayton Motors in Boston, Ken Jervis in Stoke-on-Trent, Glyn Hopkin in Romford, and Gravells in Abergavenny, Bridgend, Narberth, and Hereford. A further 110 dealerships, including Acorn in Burntwood, Drayton Motors in Scunthorpe, and Arnold Clark in Glasgow, earned Reputation 800 Awards, underlining the breadth of Kia UK’s commitment to high-quality customer experience nationwide.
