- All-new Sorento and Grand Sedona spearheads KIA’s all-new lifestyle enhancing utility line-up at 2015 Johannesburg Boat Show
(JOHANNESBURG) August 13, 2015 – KIA Motors will be out in full force at the 2015 Johannesburg Boat Show, which takes place at the Johannesburg Expo Centre (NASREC) this weekend, 14 to 16 August 2015, with the recently introduced KIA Sorento and KIA Grand Sedona taking pride of place on the Korean automaker’s stand.
The all-new KIA Sorento, launched at the end of June, has been extremely well-received in the month since its launch, and will lead the way as KIA’s flagship SUV. On display will be a range-topping seven-seat Sorento 2.2 CRDi SX AWD, as well as the modified Seven7 KIA Sorento 2.4 LS – the entry-level, front-wheel drive Sorento that travelled nearly 7 000km to conquer seven southern African countries in just seven days, including the revered Sani Pass that connects South Africa to the mountain kingdom of Lesotho.
Joining the two Sorento’s on display is KIA’s all-new Grand Sedona in seven-seat 2.2 CRDi SXL trim. Introduced to the market a mere fortnight ago, the Grand Sedona has already made a massive impact with its eye-catching exterior design, high quality interior and above-average versatility and practicality, and is well regarded as the ultimate family vehicle.

In addition, the entire KIA line-up will also be available for test drive purposes thanks to the innovative KIA on Tour fleet’s attendance.
